Bringing Vision into Focus at a Tulum Mastermind
🎯 The Challenge
This wasn’t a commercial project—it was a human one. I had to capture raw, unscripted moments without disrupting the flow of connection or making it feel performative. The story needed to be felt, not forced.
🧠 Strategy & Planning
Before the trip, I worked with the Jon Gabb, owner of Brotherhood.co to understand the flow of the mastermind what emotions to expect, when to film, and when to put the camera down. I built a visual shot list based around environment, interaction, and internal shifts.
🎬 Production & Execution
As producer, cinematographer, and editor, I took on:
- Capturing candid moments across 3 days
- Conducting impromptu interviews when energy peaked
- Building a visual arc that matched the emotional journey
- Editing a 2-minute narrative video built for both web and social
💻 Content Strategy
- Creative direction on brand narrative
- Mini-Doc Style Video
- Testimonials Videos
- Multiple Social Clips/Reels
🚀 Outcome
The recap video became a centerpiece for the mastermind brand, reinforcing its value, increasing social traction, and building demand for the next one. It also served as a powerful positioning tool for every creative who attended.
